The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) is the journey in which adults, interested in becoming Catholic, learn about and experience the Catholic faith. It is targeted to those individuals who were never baptized or were baptized in another Christian religion but were not catechized or taught in the ways of the Catholic faith.
The RCIA journey begins in mid-October with weekly classroom meetings on Tuesday evenings and ends just after Easter. Included in the journey are Liturgical rites during Lent and Holy Week.
If you are curious about what Catholicism is, please feel free to come and learn more. All are most welcome!
