Thank you to all those who donated for Christmas flowers and also thank you to the workers who so beautifully prepared the church for Christmas. A Mass will be offered for those donors and their intentions.
Due to your generosity, the Food Pantry was able to provide 134 meals for Christmas to its clients. We thank all who contributed to fund this endeavor.

January 1st is a holy day, but not of obligation. Mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph Church at 10:00 a.m. There is NO Mass on Tuesday, January 2, 2018, and and the rectory will be closed.
HOLY LAND MEETING at St. Joseph Church on Sunday, January 7th at 1 p.m. in the North Chapel. At the meeting you will receive your final documents. $100 per person for airport transportation is due. Please make checks payable to St. Joseph Church.
The Twelfth Night Committee is happy to announce that the 57th Twelfth Night Festival will be held here at St. Joseph Church. This beautiful celebration of the coming of the Three Kings began at Mount Carmel Church and now continues for all people of the Central Berkshire Catholic Community. The St. Ann Youth Assembly will sing prelude Christmas music beginning at 3:45 p.m. as well as several selections during the liturgy. The Mass at St. Joseph Church, will begin at 4 p.m. on January 6, 2018, followed immediately in the Parish Center with appetizers, dinner and dancing. The doors to the Parish Center will not be opened until the completion of the Liturgy. Tickets are $35 and are very limited in the number available. They can be obtained at the St. Joseph Rectory beginning December 1st through December 29th from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. Seating reservations may be made by calling LouAnn at 447-7911. Tables are set for 8 but can be arranged for up to 10 people.
Did you know the windows over the main altar are being releaded and restored over the winter months? The project is $75,000 and Father Mike will gladly receive any donations for this improvement. Thank you!

2017 MEMORIAL TREE IN ST. JOSEPH CEMETERY: John Bresnahan, Caroline Sullivan-Mulherin and Korey Mulherin have placed a Christmas Tree in St. Joseph Cemetery in front of the Administration Building. They invite anyone and everyone to place an ornament as a remembrance of those who have gone before us. The tree is lit with traditional white lights and will remain in the cemetery until Little Christmas, January 6th. Any questions please call us at 413-445-5988
The season of Advent is a time of preparation for the coming of Christ. The best way to prepare is to go to the Sacrament of Reconciliation to confess your sins and to receive the graces to live holier lives. During this Advent Season St. Joseph’s Church will have confession on Wednesday nights from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
