BISHOP ROBERT BARRON’S - THE CREED - The keys that unlock the beliefs of the Christian Faith are stated succinctly in the Nicene Creed, which we pray at every Sunday Mass. Born at the Council of Nicaea in the Fourth Century after intense debates, this formal statement of faith is the foundation of both eastern and western Christianity. And to this day, most Christians around the world would subscribe to it. This 7 week study will be held in the Pine Room at 12 Park Street from 9-11 AM on the following Saturdays: March 5, 12, 19, 26, April 2, 9, & 16. Each class will consist of a video, followed by small group discussions. The course will be led by Dcn. John and small group leaders. Registration will be held January 8 thru February 14. No late registrations will be accepted, due to limited class size and the time needed to gather materials. The anticipated cost for the book/study guide is $20. For more information contact Dcn. John Murray at: [email protected] or 323-6272 x4.
ST. ANNE SOCIETY - Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at 6:00 pm in the Parish Center. This will be our annual Soup and Bread Supper. Everyone will be enjoying a sampling of five different homemade soups and fresh bread. Our speaker will be the always delightful author Kevin O’Hara. All women are invited to join us for an evening of faith, fellowship, and a warm bowl of soup.
A beautiful way to remember a loved one is to reserve the sanctuary candle in their honor. This candle burns in front of the Blessed Sacrament 24/7. If you would like to remember someone just call Michele at the Rectory. The suggested donation is $6.00.
The new trees at the cemetery have been planted. Thanks to those who contributed to buy a tree. More trees will be planted in the Spring. If you are interested in having a tree planted contact the cemetery at 413-499-1317. Please remember all those Loved One who rest in the Lord, especially during the month of November.

ADVENT VESPERS at St. Joseph - Each Sunday evening starting at 6 pm on Nov. 28th, Dec. 5th, 12th, & 19th. Vespers are the evening prayer of the church and will include exposition of the Blessed Sacrament. Following the Vesper service, all are welcome to view the video series of the Creed photographed and narrated by Bishop Robert Baron. This is a series well worth your time to view. Coffee and dessert will also be available. All are welcome.
A Special thank you goes out to the St. Anne Ladies and the men who helped in the kitchen to prepare the meal for the Italian dinner and to the clean-up afterwards. Also, thank you to those who baked the desserts, helped with the drive up service, and to the Knights of Columbus who directed traffic so that folks could get in and out with their meals. About a dozen quarts of sauce and packages of ten meatballs were frozen and will be for sale at the bake sale on Nov. 20th. The dinner was a huge success.
